NOTES: Notes of Italian plum, Ranier cherry, molasses, wild mountain herbs, hops, and rose hip tea are followed by earthy and mineral notes. As is usual for Roman, the firm tannins are built for the long haul, yet the richness balances them seamlessly. The wine builds very slowly to a great intensity.
The Littorai version of a Harley-Davidson chopper. Try it with Steak au poivre, short ribs with lemon grass and chili, or duck breast. This will become a classic!
