NOTES: This vineyard, located at the top of the slope beside the premiers Crus Hervelets and Arvelets just below the pine tree forest, presents a very fresh and distinctly cool nose with airy aromas of red cherry, plum, and prominent sauvage nuances. The medium-bodied flavors are mineral-driven and well-defined, showing only a hint of rusticity. The finish is mildly austere, focused, and long, embodying the character of Fixin without being overly austere. It features a flow of minerality and determination, red cherries, cherry blossom, and a sturdy structure in a nice way. The winemaking process involves only bucket transfers to preserve the wine's identity, ensuring a refined and authentic expression.
