This wine comes from a very small lieu-dit located on the middle slope in the commune of Couchey. The winemaking process involves only bucket transfers to preserve the wine's identity, ensuring a refined and authentic expression. 22 months on fine lees with temperature control 55°F to go away from the variety expression and closer to the complex expression of the Terroir.
