NOTES: Bourgogne Aligoté Les Graviers is a wine from the same area as Bourgogne Les Rues, located at the bottom of the slope of Chambolle. The name "Graviers" means gravels, reflecting the vineyard's soil composition. This wine is aged for 22 months on fine lees with temperature control at 55°F, aiming to move away from varietal expression and closer to the complex expression of the terroir. The winemaking process involves only bucket transfers to preserve the wine's identity, ensuring a refined and authentic expression.
