NOTES: Rosso is a thoughtful blend of 93% Nebbiolo and 7% Vespolina grown in the hills and plateau of Sizzano, where acidic alluvial soils of alpine and volcanic origin shape the wine’s distinct character. Fermentation and aging take place in large cement tanks, a foundational element of the Bianchi cellar, with the wine resting on its finest lees for several months. Each vintage is evaluated for its balance of weight and grace, with aging tailored to its personality. The result is a red wine that evokes the Alpine foothills, offering a synthesis of freshness and depth, with aromas of wild berries, forest floor, and subtle spice, supported by firm yet elegant tannins and a finish that reflects both mountain tension and plains warmth.
