NOTES: Trebulanum Riserva is a wine from the DOC Casavecchia di Pontelatone appellation, made entirely from the Casavecchia grape varietal grown in Monti Trebulani. The vineyard, located in Audelino and 20 years old, is situated at an altitude of 500 feet above sea level with a north-south exposure and volcanic soil. Covering 2 hectares, the vineyard uses the Guyot training system with a planting density of 5,200 plants per hectare and yields 3 tons per hectare. The wine undergoes vinification in large format Italian casks with skin contact maceration for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in smaller format Italian botti (25 hl) for 24 months.
