NOTES: Made up of 100% Sangiovese from Castelnuovo dell’Abate within Montalcino, this rosé was made to not only celebrate the range of La Fiorita's wines but to also express the personality of Natalie Oliveros. The vines grow upon calcerous clay soils and are planted to a southwestern exposure. The grapes are harvested early and winemaking occurs in concrete eggs. The wine then ages in the eggs for 7 months before release.
