Varietal: Tempranillo
Vineyard: Vineyards located at the ends of the estate, belonging to the municipalities of Castrillo de la Vega, Fuentespina, Campillo and Aranda de Duero. Vineyards located on the second southern slopes of the Douro River. Average age over 25 years.:
Winemaking: The must and its colour are obtained from a direct pressing of the red grapes. The must has contact with the skin for a few seconds. The fermentation of the must takes place at low temperature in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a short 3 months prior to bottling.
