NOTES: The 2025 Rosé of Syrah is a lovely salmon with glints of rose gold in the glass. On the nose, orange blossoms, jasmine, fresh strawberries and red apples, with just a slight bit of white pepper and a barely restrained wildness that nod to the underlying Syrah grapes. Juicy, crisp, and mineral in the mouth, offset by a satisfying leesy richness — classic fresh strawberries and cream — leading to a long finish with a little Sta. Rita Hills salinity and a lingering bit of watermelon Jolly Rancher.
2025 was a long cool growing season, with this Syrah harvested in late October. The rosé was fermented in stainless steel and held on the lees until bottling.
