NOTES: The winery is located in Alfaro, in the heart of Rioja Baja, and the rosé is made up entirely of Garnacha from vines planted back in 1997, growing upon beds of chalky alluvial soils.
All the fruit is harvested by hand, and once sorted at the winery after harvest their color is extracted by a light saignée. It sees a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel by indigenous yeast.
