Notes: This bottling of 100% Glera comes from a single vineyard within Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Rive di Farra di Soligo. The vineyard is located on a steep hillslope, south- and southeast-facing oriented along relief contours upon a combination of clay, dry, nutrient-poor soils, fairly shallow, bedded in calcareous rock. Once harvested the grapes see light pressing with bladder press and gravity settling of the must. The wine is then aged on fine lees in stainless steel for 3 months. For secondary fermentation, the wine undergoes Metodo Italiano in steel pressure tanks.
