100% Chardonnay grown in the trellis form of Guyot from the Municipality of Teglio, Sotcastèl vineyard situated at 800 m asl, south exposure. This vineyard has 70% sandy soil with 20% silty soil and an acidic pH. The grapes are picked at the end of September. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cold maceration for 24 hours, aging for 6 months in stainless steel tanks and in 500 lt oak barrels.
