Notes: Llopart Original was born with the desire to perpetuate customs and traditions19th century family wineries. Made only from grapes from the vineyards of the oldest mountains, located at 380 m. height, where the vines grow with limited vigor but giving rise to grapes of maximum concentration and character. Where in the past the ancestral variety of Montònega predominated. It is made with the utmost respect for all the artisanal and traditional methodology.
Sparkling wine made with the most traditional methodology, with grapes from 3 old mountain vineyards with very low production. The label is a reproduction of the original 1887 label.
Llopart Original has a great aromatic depth, with shades of fruit ripe white and honey, and with a noticeable presence of aging notes such as brioche, toast, butter and nuts. Powerful taste, rounded acidity, very wide. Extraordinary notes can be extracted from Montònega of aging and brushstrokes of complex evolution, while preserving one good freshness and a subtle liveliness. It has a delicate, persistent, large after taste route and a voluminous finish.
