Notes: This bottling of 100% Verdicchio dei Castelli dei Jesi Classico Superiore DOC comes from vineyards in the commune of Montecarotto where the vines prove to be low yielding and grow upon soils of medium consistency with streaks of clay. The grapes are harvested slightly overripe and are softly pressed. They then age in stainless steel vats for 15 months before then aging in bottle for four months
