VINEYARDS This wine is from three different parcels located north of Nuits-St.-Georges, on the Vosne-Romanée side: La Charmotte, Aux Chouillets St. Julien and Les Argillats. Each of these parcels' vines are more than 60 years old. Fruit is all hand harvested.
SOIL Clay, limestone
VINIFICATION AND AGING Long, gentle pressing of fruit. Native yeast fermentation and full malolactic fermentation. Aged for 14 months in 40% new French oak barriques. Zero fining.
