AVAILABILITY: 3 BOTTLES IN STOCKNOTES: The Lauren Estate Vineyard is located in Forestville, Sonoma County. This wine is comprised of four Chardonnay clones to produce a "Sonoma Coast Blend" and the vines are grown on gravelly Goldridge soils. The wine is fermented with 100% native yeast in barrel.
Aromatically the wine has perfumed notes of citrus oils, toasted brioche, apple pie spie, and green tea. The palate is rich with flavors of lemongrass and white nectarines, and had an energic acidity to balance out.
